Payment triggers everything
The moment a client pays, the agreement goes out, the intake opens, the welcome lands and you are told. No spreadsheet, no evening of admin.
AxuriumClient onboarding & operations
For coaches already earning who set up every client, run every check-in and chase every renewal by hand. We connect payment to onboarding, put delivery on a system and write down who does what. The coaching itself stays yours.

Example: one new client, start to finish
An example. The real flow is your delivery model, mapped on the call. What already works, a check-in routine your clients like or an app they already use, stays.
Client onboarding
The moment a client pays, the agreement goes out, the intake opens, the welcome lands and you are told. No spreadsheet, no evening of admin.
Your client agreement as a template that fills itself, and an intake questionnaire that captures what you need for the first session. Templates, in your voice; not legal advice.
The welcome email or text, the checklist, and access to the coaching app, created and sent by the system, so a client is set up in the hour they pay.
You, or the coach you assign, told exactly what to do first with a new client, with the intake answers already in front of you.
Delivery
We build the operating environment your coaching runs in. What happens inside a session, the programming, the advice and the results, stays with you.
We recommend the app that fits how you deliver, set it up, and connect it so a new client appears there without you creating them by hand. We do not build bespoke software.
The cadence, the form, the reminders, and a flag when a check-in is missed, so you see who is slipping while there is still time to act.
Where every client is: onboarding, active, at risk, renewing, finished. One view, kept current by the system rather than by you.
Where clients ask questions, where they get answers, and what happens when something goes wrong, agreed and written down.
Operations
SOPs for the work that repeats: onboarding, check-ins, renewals, cancellations. Written from how you already do it, so a first hire can follow them on day one.
Reminders before a programme ends, a renewal conversation raised early rather than on the last day, and a win-back for clients who leave.
Renewals, cancellations and the reasons for them, in one place, so a pattern shows up as a number rather than a feeling.
Templates for the people who work with you, and the handoffs between them, so nothing depends on a conversation nobody wrote down.
The Axurium Portal is where you work with us: the builds on your account, the scripts to film, the cuts to approve and your numbers every week. It is part of every engagement.
A portal for your own clients, with onboarding, resources, progress and support in one place, is a separate build. It is worth doing when it improves delivery enough to justify it, and the call decides.
Who does what
What done looks like
An engagement here is finished when a test client has gone from payment to first check-in without you, and the way it runs is written down well enough to hand to someone else.
Paid, agreed, onboarded, given app access and checked in, with nothing done by hand, and fixed until it runs clean.
SOPs and a who-does-what map handed over with a walkthrough, so the next person can follow them on day one.
Every client's stage in one view, missed check-ins flagged, renewals raised before they lapse.
The templates, the app set-up, the automations and their written blueprint are yours. Leave, and they go with you, still working.
Inside Build + Run, onboarding and delivery systems are part of the 14-day build, and the strategy covers your fulfilment model before anything is built. The engagement's guarantees are written on its page and in the terms.
Before you book
Scope, ownership and what happens next.
The one that fits how you deliver. We recommend it, set it up and connect it to onboarding so a new client appears there without you creating them. If you already use one your clients like, it stays. We do not build bespoke coaching software, and we would tell you if you were about to pay for something an existing app already does.
No. We build the systems and write down how they run, and your team, or you, works inside them. Managing people, hiring for you and running your day-to-day operations are not things we do. What you get is a business where those jobs are defined well enough to be handed to someone.
It is a separate build from the portal you use to work with us. A client-facing portal, with onboarding, resources, progress and support in one place, is worth building when it improves delivery enough to justify it, and not before. The diagnostic call is where that is decided. Most coaches get further, sooner, from onboarding and check-ins that run on a system.
We provide agreement templates and turn them into documents that fill themselves at onboarding, written in plain language. They are templates, not legal advice, and we recommend your own solicitor reviews anything you sign clients to.
Not to work. Onboarding, delivery and operations are about the clients you already have. Build + Run is the one engagement we sell, and inside it the strategy decides what the build leads with; for a coach whose bottleneck is here, it leads here. If a narrower piece of work is the honest answer for you, we will say so on the call rather than sell you the whole thing.
One fixed price, agreed on the diagnostic call before anything starts. You will hear one recommendation and one number. Inside Build + Run, the build is live in 14 days or the build half of the fee comes back, and if you do not have more calls booked in the four weeks ending at week 12 after launch than in the four weeks before we started, the engine half comes back too. Those guarantees belong to Build + Run as a whole and are written on its page and in the terms.
Bring how a client moves through your business today, from the day they pay to the day they renew. The call finds what is done by hand and what to put on a system first.
