When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your business. We use it to run the call, prepare for it properly and follow up with you afterwards. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

If you join our email list, we use your email address to send you the content and offers you signed up for. The lawful basis is your consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

If you become a client, we process the information needed to deliver the work under our contract with you. We keep basic records after a project ends to meet tax and accounting obligations.

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell data to anyone. The booking calendar on our /book page is provided by our scheduling platform and sets only the cookies it needs to function.

We use a small number of service providers to run the business: a customer relationship and scheduling platform, website hosting and analytics infrastructure, and an email delivery service. They process your data on our instructions, and each is bound by its own data processing terms. Some providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers rest on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Beyond that, we share personal data only if the law requires it. We never sell it.

Enquiry data is kept while we are in conversation and deleted when it is clearly no longer needed. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Client records are kept for six years after the end of a project, which is the period UK tax law expects.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribing from email takes one click. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within one month.
