AxuriumEnquiries & sales systems

A clear path from enquiry to paying client.

For coaches who already get enquiries and lose too many of them between the first message and the sale. We build the follow-up, booking and sales path around what you already have, then test it end to end.

30 minutes · A plan for your business · No obligation

Example: the path we build and test

  1. 1Enquiry
  2. 2Reply
  3. 3Qualify
  4. 4Book
  5. 5Show
  6. 6Sale
  7. 7Payment
  8. 8Onboarding

An example. Yours is mapped on the call from the way enquiries actually reach you today, and any step that already works stays as it is.

The problem it solves

  • Enquiries arrive from content, referrals or ads and too many of them go quiet.
  • Follow-up depends on you remembering. Calls get booked and do not show.
  • You cannot see where in the path people are being lost.

Who it suits

  • Coaches with a proven offer and paying clients who already get enquiries.
  • Enough conversations that a lost one costs real money.
  • A coach, or their own team, who will work the inbox and run the calls.

Who does what

  • We diagnose the flow, build and connect the systems, write the scripts and sequences, test the path and hand it over.
  • You answer the intake, approve the words in your voice, give access to your accounts, run the calls and work the conversations.

What done looks like

  • A test enquiry has run from form to onboarding with nothing done by hand.
  • Every automation documented: what fires, when, and what it sends.
  • Booked, showed, closed and cash visible in your portal every week.

The problem

Where enquiries get lost.

Each of these is a place a real person went quiet. Every one has a system that stops it, and none of them is your coaching.

Nobody replied for a day

The first reply goes out in minutes, whatever time the enquiry lands, and the conversation is in your CRM with an owner.

Followed up once, then forgot

Follow-up sequences by email and text that carry on until someone books or says no, so no lead depends on memory.

Booked, then did not show

Reminders before the call, a text-back when someone misses it, and a rebooking path, all automatic.

Calls with people who were never going to buy

Qualification questions on the application, routing by the answers, and a calendar only the right people reach.

Sold, paid three days later, set up by hand

Payment connected to the CRM and to onboarding, so a yes on the call becomes a set-up client the same hour.

No idea which of these is happening

One place that shows leads, booked, showed, closed and cash, by where they came from, every week.

What the engagement covers

Everything between the message and the sale.

Not every coach needs every piece. The diagnosis decides which of these are missing, and only those get built.

01

Diagnosis of the current flow

Where enquiries come from, where they land, who replies, how long it takes, what happens when nobody does. Mapped before anything is built, and anything that works stays.

02

Lead capture and applications

Forms and application pages that land every enquiry in one place with the answers you need to qualify it, whether it came from a DM, a page or a referral.

03

Your CRM pipeline

Stages from new enquiry to client, with an owner on every conversation and nothing sitting nowhere. Built on a professional CRM in your name; if yours already works, it stays.

04

Speed to lead and follow-up

An automatic first reply, follow-up sequences by email and text, and missed-call text-back, written in your voice and running whether or not you are at your phone.

05

Booking, reminders and no-show recovery

Your calendar connected to the pipeline, reminders before the call, and a path back for the people who miss it.

06

Your sales call and DM scripts

Written for your offer: the questions, the pitch, the objections, and what to say in the inbox. You run the call; we write what you say. No role-play and no sales training.

07

Payment and onboarding handoff

A payment link or checkout connected to the CRM, so a sale moves the record, triggers onboarding and tells you, without a spreadsheet in between.

08

Reporting

Leads, booked, showed, closed and cash collected, by source, in your portal every week. The numbers that show which step is working and which is not.

09

Testing and documentation

The whole path run with a test enquiry before you rely on it. Every automation written down with its trigger and timing, and a walkthrough at handover.

Who does what

We build the path. You run the conversations.

Axurium

  • Map the current flow and find where it leaks.
  • Build the capture, pipeline, follow-up, booking and payment handoff as one path.
  • Write the sequences and your sales call and DM scripts in your voice.
  • Run a test enquiry through the whole path and fix what it finds.
  • Document every automation and walk you through it.
  • Report booked, showed, closed and cash in your portal every week.

You

  • Answer the intake within 48 hours so the build starts on facts, not guesses.
  • Approve the words: every sequence and script goes out sounding like you.
  • Give access to the accounts the path runs through.
  • Run the sales calls. Work the inbox, or have your own team work it.
  • Tell us what is not right, so it can be changed.

The boundary, said plainly

We build the systems a setter or closer works inside: the pipeline, the scripts, the booking flow, the tracking by name. We do not supply, employ or manage the person, and we do not run your calls. If you have someone, they work inside what we build.

What done looks like

Tested with a real enquiry before you rely on it.

An engagement here is finished when a test enquiry has travelled the whole path with nothing done by hand, and you can see the numbers without asking.

  1. 01A test enquiry, start to finish

From form to first reply to booking to payment to onboarding, run as a stranger would, and fixed until it runs clean.

  2. 02Everything documented

Each automation written down with its trigger, its timing and what it sends, so it can be changed later or rebuilt anywhere.

  3. 03Accounts in your name

The CRM, the calendar, the sequences and the data are yours from day one. Leave, and it all goes with you, still working.

  4. 04The numbers, weekly

Your portal shows leads, booked, showed, closed and cash by source every week, so the next bottleneck is visible before it costs you.

Your numbers in the Axurium Portal

What you see every week: calls booked, show rate, close rate and cash, in the portal you use to work with us.
Real portal · Demo data

Inside Build + Run, this is part of the 14-day build, and the twelve weeks that follow include reviewing your sales calls to find the next bottleneck. The booked-calls guarantee applies to that engagement as a whole, on its written conditions.

Before you book

Your questions about enquiries and sales.

Scope, ownership and what happens next.

Do I need a new CRM?

Only if you do not have one that works. If your CRM is a spreadsheet and your memory, we build one. If you already have one your team knows, it stays and we build around it. We do not replace a working system to make the project bigger, and the diagnostic call is where that gets decided, with the reasons in front of you.

Will you run my sales calls or my DMs?

No. We write your sales call script and your DM scripts for your offer, and we build the pipeline and the follow-up around them, but you run the call and you, or your own team, work the conversations. What happens on the call is yours, which is also why we never promise clients or revenue.

What about a setter or a closer?

We build the system a setter or closer works inside: the pipeline, the scripts, the booking flow and the tracking that shows how each is doing by name. We do not supply, employ or manage the person. If you already have one, they work inside what we build. If you are thinking of hiring one, the systems come first, because a setter without a pipeline is a person with a spreadsheet.

Can this be done without the content engine?

Most coaches who come to us for this already have enquiries, so more content is not what fixes it, and the call starts with the path after the enquiry rather than in front of it. The engagement we offer today is Build + Run, and the strategy decides what the build leads with. If a narrower piece of work is the honest answer for you, we will say so on the call rather than sell you the whole thing.

How much does it cost?

One fixed price, agreed on the diagnostic call before anything starts. You will hear one recommendation and one number, never a menu. Inside Build + Run, the build is live in 14 days or the build half of the fee comes back, and if you do not have more calls booked in the four weeks ending at week 12 after launch than in the four weeks before we started, the engine half comes back too. Those guarantees belong to Build + Run as a whole and are written on its page and in the terms.

What do I have to do?

Answer the intake within 48 hours, approve the scripts and sequences so they sound like you, give us access to the accounts the path runs through, and then run the calls. Everything either side of that is built and tested for you.

Stop losing the enquiries you already have.

Bring the way enquiries reach you now and what happens after. The call finds where they are being lost and what to fix first.
