AxuriumBuild + Run

The engagement

More booked calls in 12 weeks. Or the engine half of your fee comes back.

You coach and film. We build everything else, run it, and tell you what to do next.

The strategy, the whole build live in 14 days, then twelve weeks of the engine, a report every week and one login that shows you the numbers. One fixed price, agreed on the call. Everything built is yours.

30 minutes · One recommendation, one number · No obligation

The clock

  1. Day 0

The diagnostic call. The strategy and the scope come out of it, and you pay on the call. The agreements are signed in your portal afterwards; if you decide not to sign, you are refunded in full.

  2. Hour 24

First system live: your portal open, the social strategy built and a one-page funnel with a form and your calendar taking real bookings.

  3. Day 14

The full build live, as one connected system. If it is not, the build half comes back in full.

  4. Weeks 1 to 12 from launch

The engine runs, a report lands every week, a strategy call every month.

  5. Week 12

The measurement: calls booked in the four weeks ending here, against the four weeks before Day 1. At or below, the engine half comes back in full.

  6. After week 12

You take full control of everything, or keep us on to maintain it and make changes, on terms agreed in writing at the time.

What is in it

Five parts. One fixed price.

Everything below ships installed and wired together. The build is standard and proven; the strategy that decides what it serves is yours.

01

The strategy · Day 0, then ongoing

Where the business is now and why it is stuck, on both sides: how you get clients and how you deliver. Your offer checked and rebuilt only if it needs it, your positioning agreed, and the fulfilment model, onboarding, check-ins and retention, decided before anything is built.

02

The build · Days 1 to 14

The systems the strategy calls for, built as one connected system: funnels and site, lead magnet, email sequences, CRM and pipeline, onboarding and delivery systems, Instagram wired into the funnel, and your sales call and DM scripts written for your offer. A working system you already have stays.

03

The engine · Weeks 1 to 12 from launch

Thirty scripts, thirty edits, thirty posts a month. We research your niche, write in your voice, edit what you film and post it. You film two batch sessions a month.

04

The review · Every week

A report in your portal every week: what went out, what it did, leads to calls to closes, which stage is working and what changes next. A strategy call every month, and a call whenever you need one. Your sales calls, SOPs and anything else the business runs on are reviewed to find the bottleneck.

05

The portal · Always on

One login that tracks the business: every lead and where it came from, calls booked, who showed, who closed, cash collected. Alongside it, the builds on your account, the next script to film and every cut waiting on your yes.

Built around your bottleneck

The build follows the strategy, not a menu.

What gets built first depends on where your business is stuck. A working system you already have stays, and the build goes into what is missing around it.

The guarantees

Two guarantees.
Clear on what comes back.

Your fee is split equally between the build and twelve weeks of the engine. Each half has its own guarantee, and neither reaches into the other's money.

The build · Half of your fee

Live in 14 days.

If the build is not live in 14 days, the build half of your fee comes back in full. You keep everything built by that point.

The engine · Half of your fee

More calls by week 12.

More calls booked in the four weeks ending at week 12 after launch than in the four weeks before we started. If that does not happen, the engine half comes back in full. You keep the build.

Three things on your side

  • Film two sessions a month.
  • Approve or reject each edit within 72 hours.
  • Return your onboarding answers within 48 hours.

If one slips, the guarantees pause until you are back on track. They do not disappear. Every month: film thirty, we post thirty. If we miss, you do not pay for the shortfall. And if the build is live but it is not right, we keep working until it is; the one thing we ask is that you say what you want instead.

The booked-calls guarantee counts calls booked into your calendar. It is not a promise about sales, revenue or income, and what happens on those calls is yours.

Read the full terms

Said plainly

What this engagement does not include.

So nobody buys something they think is in it.

A number of clients, or revenue

We guarantee the build and calls booked into your calendar. What happens on those calls is yours, and we never promise an income figure.

People

We build the systems a setter, closer or assistant works inside: the pipeline, the scripts, the tracking. We do not supply, employ or manage the person.

Paid advertising management

We build the pages, tracking and follow-up that ads would land on. Running ad campaigns is not part of this engagement.

Your coaching

Programming, client advice, service quality and client results stay with you. We build the operating environment around them.

Who it is for

Ready, and not yet.

Where you are starting from changes what we build first, not whether this works. What matters is that there is something real to scale and that you will get on camera.

Ready

  • You already earn from coaching, in person or online, at any level, and the business only works while you are inside it.
  • You have an offer and paying clients, or an audience with no machine underneath it. Going hybrid or fully online is what the build is for.
  • You will be on camera and can film two batch sessions a month.
  • You do not need a guaranteed income figure to say yes.

Not yet

  • You are starting from zero, with no clients in person or online yet. There needs to be something worth scaling before we can scale it.
  • You will not film. The systems still work, but the engine and its guarantee rest on the footage.
  • You want content only, with nothing underneath it. We will say so on the call rather than sell you posts pointed at nothing.
  • You need a guaranteed income, sales or revenue number before you sign.

Ownership

Everything is yours from the day it goes live.

While we run it, your CRM sits on our agency account, which is what gets you agency pricing instead of retail. That is a saving, not a hold.

01

Your accounts

Your site and its hosting, your code, your domain if we hold it, your social accounts, every script and every finished video.

02

Your data

A full export of your CRM, every weekly report and your whole content library, including footage and scripts you had not yet filmed.

03

Your automations

Automations cannot cross platforms as working automations, so you get a written blueprint of what each one does, its triggers and its timing, ready to rebuild anywhere.

The term binds the fee, never the machine. What leaves with you, in the terms.

Before you book

Your questions about the engagement.

Scope, ownership and what happens next.

How much does it cost?

One fixed price, agreed on the diagnostic call before anything starts, and written into your payment agreement. We do not publish prices, because the number depends on what your business needs and we will not quote it blind. You pay in full on the call, or part on the call and the rest monthly, for the same total and with no interest. Half of the fee is for the build and half for the twelve weeks of the engine, and each half has its own guarantee.

When do I pay, and what if I change my mind?

You pay on the call, and the service agreement and your payment agreement are signed in your portal afterwards. Nothing in them will be a surprise, because every term is said on the call first. If you have paid and then decide not to sign, tell us and you are refunded in full. Nothing has been delivered at that point.

What does “or the engine half comes back” actually mean?

Your fee has two halves. The build half pays for the strategy and the build, and it is earned when the build goes live in 14 days; if it does not, that half comes back. The engine half pays for the twelve weeks of content and reviews. At week 12 we count the calls booked into your calendar in the four weeks ending there and compare them with the four weeks before we started, a number we agree in writing before the build begins. At or below, the engine half comes back in full and you keep the build. It is never the whole fee, and we say so before any money moves.

I already have a website and a CRM. Do you rebuild them?

Not if they work. The strategy comes out of the call and the build follows it: a website that converts stays, a CRM your team knows stays, and the build goes into what is missing around them. We do not rebuild a working system to make the project bigger. Where something is holding the rest back, we say so, and you decide with the reasons in front of you.

I get enough enquiries already. Do I need the content engine?

Maybe not first. If enquiries are arriving and the problem is what happens after them, the diagnostic call starts there: follow-up, booking, the sales conversation and onboarding. The build leads with that, and content stays as it is. Build + Run is the one engagement we sell, and what gets built inside it follows your bottleneck. If a narrower piece of work is the honest answer for you, we will say so on the call rather than sell you the whole thing.

What happens after week 12?

You choose. Take full control of everything we built, with the accounts, the exports and a walkthrough, or keep us on to maintain it and make changes, on terms we agree in writing at the time. The guarantee is measured once, at week 12; it does not roll on. Whenever you leave, everything goes with you, still working.

Do I have to film?

Yes. It is the one job that never comes off you, because your face and voice are what people buy from. Two batch sessions a month, from scripts that arrive written in your voice in your portal. If you will not film, the engine and its guarantee do not work, and we would rather say that on the call than sell you posts that never get made.

One call. One recommendation. One number.

Bring the business as it is. The call finds where it is stuck, tells you what we would keep, and gives you a straight answer on what we would build and what it costs.
